Our founders and partners are Martin YORDANOV and Nikola RACHEV who previously worked together as partners in another law company for more than 10 years.
Martin YORDANOV graduated from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 1998. He is our regulatory and technology-media-telecommunications responsible partner having been among the leading legal advisors of a large electronic communications undertaking for more than 15 years. Martin has also vast experience in mergers and cross-border acquisitions, various state regulatory regimes, administrative dispute resolution and international commercial arbitration.
Nikola RACHEV graduated from Sofia’s University of National and World Economy in 2001. He is our corporate & commercial responsible partner. Nikola has profound knowledge in all corporate and corporate restructuring matters, local and cross-border commercial negotiations and M&A, as well as in public procurement.
Of counsel:
Silvia RACHEVA graduated from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2001. She has been previously working as lawyer for another law company and for enterprises from the automotive industry. Silvia is particularly skilled in contract law and commercial litigation.
Stefka IVANOVA graduated from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 1994. Before joining our team she has been working in diverse legal areas for various employers, such as major property development enterprises, the Bulgarian competition authority, commercial companies and a major bank where she accumulated large expertise in competition & antitrust, real estate and construction, as well as in financing.
We are further associated to our network of senior fellow professionals that allows us to form ad hoc big teams dealing with extensive or extremely complex matters.
